Being involved with Oracle User Groups (OUG) has been a big part of my professional life. As the president of BCOUG and an Oracle ACE I know how hard it is to find speakers (and sometimes for speakers to find user groups or meetups as large conferences are usually pretty well known, but smaller meetups or user groups can be tricky). So this is a very simple form I created to help both sides. If you are organizing a conference/meetup or are looking to speak at one, fill out the details below and I’ll do my best to assist.
This is only a preliminary concept, if it is successful I might build a better infrastructure for this.
Please note: this is currently for Oracle technology related stuff (this is the world I know, I probably can’t assist with anything else). Also, I will do my best to connect between people, but I can’t guarantee acceptance, speaker quality or anything else.
